Agreement to Terms

By accessing and placing an order with OEA Engraved Cards, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions contained in these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and OEA Engraved Cards.

Products and Services

Product Description

OEA Engraved Cards specializes in premium laser-engraved metal and wood business cards. We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colors and appearance may vary slightly due to monitor settings and the natural variations in materials.

Custom Orders

All orders are custom-made to your specifications. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your artwork and order details carefully before submitting payment.

Ordering and Payment

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Payment Processing

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method. Full payment is required before production begins.

Artwork and Design

Artwork Submission

You are responsible for providing artwork that meets our specifications:

• Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) or high-resolution images (300 DPI minimum)
• Black and white designs (color will not reproduce on engraved cards)
• Text must be outlined or converted to paths
• Designs should account for material texture and engraving limitations

Artwork Review

We will review your artwork for technical feasibility. If modifications are needed, we will contact you before production. You will receive a proof for approval before we proceed with engraving.

Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use all artwork, logos, and designs submitted. You agree to indemnify OEA Engraved Cards against any claims arising from intellectual property infringement.

Production and Delivery

Production Time

Standard production time is 7-10 business days after artwork approval. Rush production (24-48 hours) is available for an additional fee. Production times are estimates and not guarantees.

Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Inspection and Claims

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Claims for damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Returns and Refunds

Custom Product Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, we will replace the affected cards at no charge. You must provide photographic evidence and report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Our Errors

If we make an error in production (incorrect engraving, wrong material, etc.), we will remake your order at no charge or provide a full refund at your discretion.

Quality Standards

Natural variations in wood grain and metal finish are inherent characteristics of our materials and are not considered defects. Minor variations in engraving depth and color are normal and expected. We maintain high quality standards but cannot guarantee absolute uniformity across all cards.

Limitation of Liability

OEA Engraved Cards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OEA Engraved Cards from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any intellectual property rights.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms
